Need Cad 1 finishing for Restorations
Quickstart:
Cadmium is a highly useful plating that exhibits a combination of beneficial characteristics which no other coating can match (corrosion resistance, sacrificial protection, lubricity, solderability, compatibility with aluminum, freedom from gummy corrosion).
However, it is a bio-cumulative metal poison similar in its effects to mercury and lead, for which reason conducting cadmium plating is banned in many areas of the world, and the finish in banned on many items including all recent automobiles and any items bound for Europe.
