Need Macro-Etch Chemical Process Consultant

RFQ: Looking to see if anyone on the boards have experience with consultants that work with shops for the development and improvement of macro-etching processes utilized to produce smut layers or contrast condition on hardware for macro inspection?

Any thoughts are much appreciated!
