Decreased powder flow when coating lower racking arms
Q. We manually coat thousands of parts presented to the coaters on three tier racks. Powder flow is markedly less when coating parts on the bottom arms than it is when reaching for parts on the top arms. Hoses are short. Hoppers are adequate.
