Hi, Roy. Only in the rare case where a spec is cancelled and a replacement spec is named can we say one spec is equivalent to another. So, no, you cannot say something was processed in accord with EN14392 simply because it was processed in accord with Mil-A-8625 -- but the shop which processed them may be willing to certify them to EN14392 as well as Mil-A-8625.
On the subject of food safety of aluminum and FDA (USA) approval of it's use, I think you will find that undyed aluminum with a DI water seal is accepted. This subject has been addressed many times over the years on finishing.com. Please see letters 10881, 19624, 40406, 44118, and 45867. Good luck.
