Powder Coating Screws
RFQ: I am interested in buying a automatic powder coating machine for coating the heads of screws. What kind of machine should I be looking for?

Ed. note: This RFQ is outdated, but technical replies are welcome, and readers are encouraged to post their own RFQs. But no public commercial suggestions please ( huh? why?).
A. Presuming that you find/design a machine to powder coat screw heads... how will you remove/prevent powder settling and then being cured in the screw driver slots?
