RFQ: Small N.E. company seeks to partner with a paint shop that is familiar with CARC painting. Pricing must be competitive - this isn't a $100 hammer opportunity! We're looking for someone who wants to make a profit not a killing. 5 parts = 1 kit. Production of 34 kits/wk at maximum production.

RFQ: Need to find CARC painters in the CT - NY - NJ area for a high volume job (2,200 parts per month - parts weight approx. 110 pounds).

RFQ: Need to find CARC (MIL-DTL-53039 [from DLA] sand color # 33303) painter in San Diego CA area for small castings (largest is 12 in x 8 in x 4 in deep) and small aluminum parts. Service require to do some masking also. This will be an on going program (approx. 100 parts per month) with great potential of expansion.

RFQ: Finishing.com:
I need to locate painting vendors to support a large CARC
(MIL-DTL-64159
[on DLA] Waterborne Chemical Agent Resistant Coating) requirement. They need to be located within 250 of Charlotte North Carolina.
The following finishing description is typical as required by vendors.
Finishing Process Elements/Steps:
-Pre-Wash
-Water Break Test (ref: Surface Cleanliness)
-Sand Blast Per NACE 3 Classification (Near White)
-Pre-Paint Preparation (mask, plug, etc.)
-Prime
-Final Coat
Note: Basic Facility Requirements to include ISO 9000, CARC Certification or Compliant
Please advise if you know of any suppliers, or can point me to a web site or organization that can assist to identify.

RFQ: I have a part that is approximately 110 pounds that I need primered and CARC painted. Current need is 200 pieces. If things go well we have projects that require priming and CARCing from time to time
