A. Hi Janat,
We can't suggest brands or sources in this public forum ( huh? why?) but people can respond to you privately. Not to be nosey, but you might get better response if you say why you want these names. If you want to buy silver brightener, people will be anxious to introduce themselves and tell you about their offerings! But if you're trying to sell chemicals to those silver brightener manufacturers, they're probably not very interested :-)

Q. Dear sir! I'm working on a research of silver brightener. Will you please provide me a detailed solution of silver brightener?

A. Modern brighteners are very proprietary and no one will give you that information. Old, less effective ones are found by doing research on old published papers and patents. Another clue, a brightener can vary from a tiny amount of mercury to an organic compound that I can neither spell nor pronounce. This will vary by the process that you are trying to brighten.

A. Production of a workable silver brightener will need a good set of references and a close access to a silver plating factory to test the product.

A. Greetings From Lima Perú. The most used brightener of Silver plating, and very old, is carbon sulfur CS2, and is prepared in a dark glass bottle, adding to 1L of deionized water, 15 mL - 20 mL of carbon sulfur and 15 g of potassium cyanide KCN. Mix it strongly and hide it from light for 3 days, the top clear solution is used, adding 0.1 mL/L - 0.5 mL/L

RFQ: Hello sir,
I have my own silver cyanide plating plant and most of the time when I did plating of my silver ornaments, it was not so bright.
I discussed with many people and we all came to the same conclusion that the brightener is not so good quality.
Therefore, I set up my own lab for making brightener but I didn't get the proper raw material for it, my friends said that in India most of the companies brought or import chemicals from Germany or US.
So sir, please suggest me the names of companies from which I am able to fulfill my requirements for the above situation.
thanking you.

A. Dear Vivek,
Many people you discussed may not be having the right idea from where to get good Silver plating Brighteners.
Many world renowned companies have selling agents in India. You may have to look for them in Cities nearer to you like Agra, Delhi or even Mumbai.
Good luck
