Decorative finishing of corrugated sheet metal panels

I'm a design student partering with a builder and wanted to know the easiest and best way to take 2x8 sheets of sheet metal paneling and tarnish, oxidize or change it to give it an old rustic appearance. We have seen sheet metal roofing used indoors as ceiling material that looked amazing. Any ideas on how to change the color.

Hi, Erica. We have numerous interesting threads on this subject; the trick is to figure out search terms that will find them and not bury you in threads that aren't close enough :-)

Try letters 16945, 17478, 25532 and 38050. Good luck.
