Enquiry regarding ceramic coating

Dear sir,
Can you please suggest me some methods by which I can get uniform ceramic coating done on Inconel surface of ~ 6 mm OD. The component is supposed to be in high temp(350 deg C), high pressure(~200 bar) environment. Requirement is to make the tube(very high current ~200A, low voltage 30V) electrically insulated from other metallic component which are in touch. Also abrasion resistance is necessary. The component is supposed to remain operational for long time.

Plasma spray and HVOF techniques achieve that. An initial roughening of the surface and a scrupulous cleaning are essential for superb adhesion. Frits and other processes also develop ceramic-like substances but seem to be less resistant for your application. PVD and CVD may also be considered but their thickness is usually less.
