Tips on chrome deposition on fiber glass

My substrate is fiber glass, and I need to deposit chrome on it to make a mould for production of hand moulded plastic pieces. I am novice in this field. Can anybbody help and give tips on this procedure. I will be grateful. Thanks,

Learn more about a well established process know as plating on plastics. POP is similar to what you need to do in that it changes a non conductive substrate into a conductive one (first step).

Ed. note: Please see "Standards and Guidelines for Electroplated Plastics", Tahir. I think it will tell you just about everything you need to know to get started.
