Coating wire on a continuous manner; what seals to use?

I would like to coat Ni wire in an atmospheric or vacuum CVD tube reactor. What seals do you propose for the wire inlet and outlet?

I am in the process of coating Ni wire of diameter about 0.2 mm, with a layer of aluminum nitride, via cvd. the wire will be driven through a tube reactor, where the cvd process will take place at atmospheric pressure. it may be possible to require vacuum in the near future.

My question is, what seals would you suggest for driving the wire in and out of the reactor, without disturbing the sensitive cvd process, without contaminating the chemicals with air, and keeping a vacuum if necessary.

Just a thought. When the wire was drawn there were drawing dies tight enough to reduce dimensions, thus probably tight enough to seal atmosphere. Maybe you could use them.
