RFQ: I need the address of the supplier of electro-glow 300. Engineering setup an experimental electropolish bath with electro-glow 300 about 15-20 years ago. Since I do most of the electropolishing at our company, I'm looking for the original solution or an alternative stainless steel electropolish solution.

Need Electropolish solution for 6061-Aluminum alloy

RFQ: We want to seek an Electropolishing solution for our 6061-Aluminum alloy parts; the parts' size is about 2.5" X 0.8". After Electropolishing, the parts are required to be resistant to corrosion in a humidity chamber for more than fifteen days. The conditions are humidity 85%, temperature 185 °F. If anybody knows where we can get the solution, please tell me.

Thanks and appreciate you!

Need ISOPOL HR 140 or other suitable polish liquid for electropolishing process

RFQ: I am looking for a suitable liquid for electropolishing process largely used for the electrolytic deburring and polishing of V2A and V4A stainless steel as well as other austenitic steels. Low-alloy steels and carbon steels can also be processed using this system. There's such type of product called "ISOPOL HR 140" but I have difficulty in finding where to contact from the internet search. If there's anyone who knows of this type of product, I need contact details or web address for this product -- or any equivalent to this product is also acceptable to us.

Thanks for your assistance.

A. Hi, Arunya and folks. You can find formulations for generic electropolishing chemistry in the Electroplating Engineering Handbook [on AbeBooks or eBay or Amazon affil links] . For proprietary chemistry, consider this site's supporting advertiser Russamer Lab [a finishing.com supporting advertiser]. Good luck

Requisition of electropolishing solution for jewelry products (18Kt and 22Kt)

RFQ: Presently we are seeking electropolishing for jewelry products. Currently we are done many trials with sulphate based solution. But we couldn't get the expected result.
So if anyone can give your suggestions for doing electropolishing with non-cyanide solution.
