Please start with our FAQ about chrome plating; I think it will give you a good start. Chrome plating is a complicated process and if are "totally new" and you don't have access to hands-on instruction, you would need a few books on the subject. I can't describe in the space of a web page here how all you need to know to do chrome plating. Good luck.

There is a lot more to chrome plating than just the parameters for the bath. There are also a number of formulations that each do something well, but not everything well. The last chrome plating book that I had was nearly 300 pages long. Do you really think that someone is going to type 300 pages just to be a nice guy. Buy a book of your choosing.
