Need electroformed copies of Fresnel lens

1996

RFQ: I am looking for a shop that can produce electroformed copies of a fresnel lens. The lenses have a 25 mm radius and the grooves are 0.2 mm deep.

RFQ: Dear Sirs,

For a job we are going to produce, we need 1000 fresnel lens 25.5 x 18 cm.(about).

We do not need particular enlargement.

A. I run an electroforming facility which can create the electroforms for the fresnel optics. We duplicate very precise holographic microstructures with nickel process. These can be either hard or soft and thickness tolerances are within microns.
