You'd better ask the supplier Metal Coatings International, Roger, but I think they have a trivalent conversion coat for the process. Good luck.

Metal Coatings International, like pretty much all chemical suppliers, is coming out with new chemistries that do not contain hexavalent chromium. Geomet is the new non-chrome version of Dacromet. Contact them directly for details.
