Buffing or Electropolishing?

We want to polish stainless steel bowls (5'' deep). We are not sure weather we should do it by buffing & polishing or whether we should get it electropolished. Which of the two is more economical ?

Kindly suggest. Thank You.

Answer to your question depends on volume. How many pieces per day/ shift/ week/ month/ year?

Buffing is probably more economical. But if these bowls are for food service or the medical industry, electropolishing offers freedom from the microscopic furrowing which buffing produces. Also, electropolishing is the msot effective way to passivate a stainless steel surface.
