Best process for brass hardware?

Which is the best treatment for brass hardware like there is PVD cvd LTAVD etc? What is the average cycle time to process single batch? Also which are the important accessories one needs to buy for setting up a normal plant?

You're going to have to be a little more specific when you say best treatment for brass, Sidharth. We need to know what the purpose of the treatment is? Do you want corrosion resistance? Wear resistance? Specific color? Do you want the finish to be shiny and reflective?

Usually such itmes are electroplated. Sometimes the electroplating is the final finish, sometimes the electroplating is a corrosion fighting reflective underlayment for a PVD final finish.
