Electroless vs. Electroplating?
Which process provides for the flattest surface area on outside edges and inside corners? Which process provides for the best controlled mil thickness?
We manufacture small, 2" x 2", copper components that are then nickel plated. Our plater uses a bath immersion process. What is the best process for finishing a given surface of nickel plating to attain a flatter surface?
