S-N FATIGUE CURVE

Where can I find an S-N fatigue curve for Sn96/4Ag solder alloy material? I need the curve in order to determine the number of fatigue life cycles the Sn96 solder will have compared to the applied stress in the solder. This is for an airborne military application. Urgent!
