Trouble with zinc cobalt plating

I am an electroplater in India doing Acid Zinc Cobalt plating on casting. The zinc cobalt baths at tropical conditions of between 30 to 40 F. temp are giving lot of problems. What is the optimum temp at which these baths can operate without trouble. We do not have a cooling system. Is it essential to have a chilling unit?
