Rapid test
Hello,
There is a rapid test procedure for corrosion resistance of phosphatized parts. Can you tell me about it?

Salt spray testing is the standard accelerated test for corrosion resistance. Look at the ASTM B117 specification. There are other tests out there, but I am not aware of one that is specifically for phosphating.
