ELECTROLESS NICKEL PLATING CHEMICAL

I am in chemical manufacturing and formulating business. I am interested to know how is the business for ELECTROLESS NICKEL PLATING and how could I get the technical know how for manufacturing this chemical. I would highly appreciate your comments in this regard.
