Dear Mr. Marimuthu:
For cosmetic appearance I understand to eliminate stains, welding scale, etc. For that, you should pickle stainless after all process with a mixture of 30% nitric + 5% hydrofluoric. For heat resistant coating there will only be very expensive solutions because stainless is already very heat resistant, so anything that will surpass it is going to be sophisticated like say vapor deposited Titanium Nitride or sprayed ceramics.
