Hi Ms. Jendrissek,
If your Sulphamate Nickel bath is giving you problems, there is a Chloride based Nickel proces. Avantage: Cheaper than Sulphamate, no additives, restart possible. Astrium GmbH (in the Daimler/Chrysler group) is using this for Electroforming.
