How do I Clean Discolored Stainless Steel (New)Oven Shelves Due to Hi Heat
New Oven shelves (stainless steel) which were left in the oven during hi-heat self cleaning are now discolored. Do you have any recommendations ?

Use aluminum foil scrunched up and scrub - only way to get them clean but is remarkably easy.
