How to Measure Composition of a Bright Dip Tank

We are an extrusion company in China with our own bright dip anodization line. We have a lot of difficulties in controlling the composition of the content of the bright dipping tank. Can anybody suggest ideas of how to measure the H2SO4 and H3PO4 content in the tank.
