Chroming Fiberglass
I have a Ferrari GT4 which has a badly damaged front bumper. These bumpers are not available anymore, but I have a friend who can fabricate a fiber glass copy from his car. Would you be able to finish and chrome this bumper for me?

This unfortunately does not sound at all promising. I would suggest hunting the world carefully for a replacement or a stamping company which makes specialty replacement bumpers instead. It is not impossible to chrome plate fiberglass, but it is a very special special. Alternately, "chrome-like" paint may be feasible although it's not really as good for a bumper application.
