Plating for Phosphor Bronze Parts
Dear Finishing.com:
We are using a phosphor bronze washer with a phosphor bronze screw in conjunction with a tin plated brass nut. What do you recommend for a finish, if any, of both parts (screw & washer)?
Washer material is Phosphor Bronze ASTM B103.
Screw is Phosphor Bronze CDA510.
Application is a computer.
Many thanks,

For in computer I would say none as it is a 'nice' atmosphere and corrosion should not be a problem.
