Corrosion Protection for Aluminum and Steel

Can anyone suggest a finish for aluminum and one for Carbon Steel that would protect it from an atmosphere composed of: 5% salt 1% sulfur compounds 10ppm nitrogen oxides 220 micrograms/cubic meter ozone
