SEEKING AUTOMOTIVE PAINT SPRAY SYSTEM

We have car service center. We have two manual spray booth from ITALY and we were pioneers in using this system in EGYPT.
1- Our business is huge (we paint more than 15 cars daily) but we cannot increase production because of time.
2- We think that this project was not requested by any car service center before. But business circumstances in EGYPT requires an automatic paint spray equipment which is fast and of a good quality to paint cars.
DESIGN AND MAKE THE SPRAY BOOTH OVEN WHICH INCLUDE A ROBOT FOR PAINTING CARS
1-DESCRIPTION OF SPRAY BOOTH OVEN
B-DIVIDED INTO TWO UNITS BY A SEPARATOR DOOR
C-FIRST UNIT: PAINTING THE CAR ALL OUT SURFACE BY ROBOT
D-DEFINING THE DIMENSION OUT SIDE SURFACE OF THE CAR BY ROBOT COMPUTER ACCORDING TO SEVERAL TYPE OF CARS [BMW-HONDA-MERCEDES] AND THE LARGEST DIMENSION OF CARS: LENGTH 5 METERS - WEIGHT 2 METERS -HEIGHT 2 METERS
E-THE SEPARATOR DOOR IS OPEN TO MOVE THE CAR TO SECOND UNITS AND THE SEPARATOR DOOR IS CLOSED.THE CAR MOVE AUTOMATICALLY BY MOVABLE CARRIER F-IN THE SECOND UNIT: THE CAR STAY TO DRYING THE PAINTING AND TO TAKE OUT THE CAR
2-WHICH THE CAR STAY TO DRYING IN THE SECOND UNIT THERE IS AN ANOTHER CAR GO FOR PAINTING IN THE FIRST UNIT
3-FAST AUTOMATIC CLEANING TOOL PAINTING
4-WE USE SPRAY LIQUID NOT POWDER
5-DEFINING THE TIME REQUIRED FOR PAINTING AND DRYING EACH CAR [AND WE PAINTING 30 CARS PER DAY]
type of paint(liquid) solvent paint
the many coats will be applied(the best coats to will paint quality)
we hope to paint 1 car every 15 minutes

Dear Mr.Sanad,
In order to answer all your questions, more info is absolutely necessary:
- Is any pretreatment and/or sanding, removing of old paint etc. necessary?
- You mention robot. Why? Don't you believe that a manual touch-up probably still will be necessary?
- et cetera.
