Etching Stainless Steel

I would like to get information how to etch 18/10 Stainless Steel surfaces to print our brand, and also how we could erase to repair existing brand and reprint again.

Hi,
You can use Hydrogen Peroxide H2O2(30gm/lit) with NH4F2 ammonium Bi fluoride(10gm/lit).
