Copper Etching Process on Leadframe {Sodium Chloride as Oxidizer}
2001
I am involved in the manufacturing of IC leadframes etched from copper foils. Presently, we are using CUCL2+HCL+H2O2 as our process. I would like to know the chemicals involved in the sodium chloride etching process. The optimum operating parameters and the cost and suppliers of this process.
I heard this process is more cost efficient and gives better finish. Thank You -Best Regard
