Oxygen Injection Boiler Water Treatment

How many once-through boilers for power generating are introducing oxygen injection water treatment to reduce scale formation in the U.S.? How does this technology affect chemical cleaning works? What problems would be expected by changing from conventional all volatile water treatment into this new method?

Any comments would be highly appreciated.
