We do it all the time. We process in baskets prior to the copper step. We make sure the barrel has contact, start with the barrel not rotating, then rotate slowly, then rinse and tin plate. If it works with a rack it should work with a barrel.

Hi,

I have been doing some tests with tin plating process over aluminum (barrel) and almost all have failed. I have seen processes (barrel) that are successful, but mine doesn't work. I want to know if your pieces are rough or are they plane. I would like to see what kind of process do you have.

Thanks
