LACK OF ADHESION OF SILVER PLATING
We are experiencing lack of adhesion of silver plating
(anti-galling) from gears and bearings silver plated by different external suppliers.
They should be following specification QQ-S-365.
Which could be the main root causes?

Silver is quite soft. Are you sure its appropriate for use on a bearing or gear? Perhaps it is just wearing off.
