Hard anodizing technology

I have heard recently, of a new hard anodizing technology that uses an acidic bath and a high voltage AC current. does anyone know more about this or any companies that are doing this?

Hard Anodising with High Voltage AC in sulfuric acid is still in lab scale. There are successful examples of superimposition of DC and AC, Pulsating Current and other modulated current being used in Hard Anodising. Only AC anodising in sulfuric acid needs special additive to avoid sulfide formation during anodising.

Best suggestion would be super imposing AC along with DC with proper modulation.
