Colouring stainless steel
I am looking for information regarding the coloring of 300/400 series stainless steel. A while ago I saw some of this stainless steel that had been colored a deep blue.Does anyone know of a process that would enable me to do that?

I believe INCO has a patented process for providing a limited range of colors on SS.
