Electroplating: Role of a chemist

A. Hi Mahmoud,

A successful plating facility probably requires a plating laboratory supervised by a chemist who would do titrametric and other tests to insure that the processing solutions are in proper balance and that the waste products are properly neutralized for discharge, and who would assist in developing strategies to prevent or resolve any plating defects.
