Brite Dip & Anodizing on sandblasted aluminium shows white spots/blooms

Q. Hi, I am facing issues while chemically polishing sandblasted parts (Brite Dip), it shows white shades (or blooms) after chemical polish process which will then later become a white shade after my anodising, dying, seal process.

I have tried several temperatures and timings to chemically polish my parts but it doesn't seem to help.

Temperatures I have tried range from 85-105 °C and immersion time of 25 to 120 seconds.

I understand that it might be uneven sandblasting; however, that is done at my customer's end.

I would like to seek a solution to eliminate this issue.
