Q. Is there anyone who has implemented nickel-free cold sealing process (cerium based) in his anodizing plant? Or Is there anyone who knows the applicability of this process?

A. Hi Alaattin. I can see that many of the major suppliers are now offering a two-step nickel-free cold sealing process, but I don't know which are cerium based.

Hopefully a reader will relate their experience with this process for us.

Luck & Regards,
