Convert anodizing line to another process
Q. I am junior chemical Engineer, we have two existing lines in our company for anodizing (hard & normal). We need to transfer one of them to other type of coating. I want suggestion for type of coating which will be sufficient from your experience?

A. Hi Arwa. Maybe I'm misunderstanding the question, but I don't think anyone can suggest what process you ought to offer as an alternative to anodizing. We have no idea of your customer needs or in-house needs, or the market. Chromate conversion coating is probably the most 'similar' process to anodizing.
