(little can be learned from abstract questions, so many readers skip them)
Q. If the apex angle is 110 degree in the diamond tool. What is the maximum groove depth can be reached on a Nickel plated surface?

A. That's a simple geometry question..IF...the thickness of the nickel plating is known.
Nickel plating can be .0001", .001". .010" or virtually any other thickness. I've seen nickel up to .300" on electroforms.
