Increase existing GI coating without re-galvanizing

Q. We have supplied some 320 MT of Hot dip galvanized material with coating ranging from 90 micron to 125 micron.

Now the material has been erected at site, with 75% of material submerged 2/3rd in ground and 25% material un-erected, lying at site.

Customer has raised compliant, citing that they need min 110 micron as against average 110 micron, at any point of testing.

In order to comply with this condition, is there any accepted process to increase the coating on site wherever applicable.

In continuation to above query, can we suggest application of Zinc Spray or Zinc Paint on the same and is it accepted by any quality standard.
