Black colorant/dye for liquid buffing compound
Q. Does anyone know what type of dye or colorant can be added to liquid buffing compound? I came across a bottle of Mohawk Step 3 buffing compound that someone had put black colorant into for use on black surfaces. It seemed to work really well at hiding superficial imperfections! I have several bottles of this Step 3 but only this one had the colorant in it and I would like to replicate this in the other bottles.
