PTFE thin film coating of 316L Stainless steel parts exposed to sulfuric acid

Q. Greetings:
I have a small fixture design that will be exposed to a vapor mixture of CuOx powder dissolved in heated sulfuric acid 10-20% concentration. Parts of the fixture will be electro-polished, but was considering applying a thin coat of PTFE (clear) added protect. My question(s):

1. Recommended PTFE thickness in microns
2. Is PTFE coating overkill considering the parts are 316L and being electro-polished?
