Peel off in hard chrome plating after additions

Q. Hello
We have a hard chrome workshop.
We have a problem with peel off for some time after adding chromic acid and catalyst in the bath. Can anyone help?

A. Hi cousin Behrouz. Your question offers no information except your conclusion that the peel off problem is caused by the addition of chromic acid and catalyst. That conclusion may be right, and a reader may be able to help you, but I can't think of a good explanation myself :-)

If you're open to the possibility that the cause might be otherwise, we would need to hear some data including what it is that you are plating.

Luck & Regards,
