Black Nickel Thin Film from Ni2O3 Nano-Powder

Q. I have prepared a nano size black nickel powder from plant extracts; I want to dissolve to a solvent, so that I can fabricate a thin film, can I get a suitable polymer solvent for Ni2O3?
