Mixing of polyester and polyesterimide in magnet wire production




Q. Dear sir, please reply for my question. We are a magnet wire manufacturer near new Delhi, India. We are producing copper 9.15 * 3.21 mm strip. We are using polyester in first 8 passes and polyesterimide in last 4 passes. Temperature of first zone and second zone is 280 °C and 340 °C. We are using catalyst machine. Before catalyst temperature and after catalyst temperature is 460°C and 450°C
