How Can a Galvanizer Pass the NSF Test?
January 2, 2014
Q. Hi Everyone ;
My process is hot dipping galvanizing. We have sent the samples of pipe to the NSF, but we couldn't pass the NSF test.
How can I pass the test? Please help me.

A. Hi Mustava.
I assume you are referring to NSF 61, "Drinking Water System Components - Health Effects" certification? Did they tell you in what way you did not pass the test?
Possibly lead? It is possible to do lead-free galvanizing, if so.
