Flash Rusting of PUD water based coating

Q. Pud [polyurethane dispersion] water based coating poses problem of flash rust, especially in rainy season, in spite of dosing with anti flash rust additives in the paint formulations.

A. Hi Jayaprakash. Maybe I'm misunderstanding, but it looks like you are simply adding a polyurethane dispersion to a temporary rust preventative and calling it a coating system :-)

Please describe your pretreatment steps in detail so we can help you fix it; non-robust finishing processes are environmentally hostile. Thanks!
